Here we are crammed in our classroom on day one. Yikes! That's a lot of people--and there were more on the lower level who couldn't even see the screen! Oh no!

- I have been teaching in Japan since 1987. It has been a long and winding road to the place I am today. I would not say it has been especially difficult, though it has been challenging enough at times. I had no aspirations of greatness, and as you know--I'm not great. But I have felt led to teach--or I might say, to "motivate to learn." My greatest joy has come to me through my children and my students (all of whom I consider more of "my" children). Of course my wonderful husband is a joy too-I love you, honey!
